Mike has fifteen years of EPC construction experience. Has worked as the project controller on a 1400 MW coal fired AQCS and a 880 MW NG Combined Cycle Boiler project. Mike worked as a group accounting manager at a Tier 1 EPC overseeing financial accounting, reporting and project cost accounting for three business units (Solar, Wind and High Voltage Transmission) with a combined annual revenue of $1 billion. Before joining BUILD he was a Director of Finance for a commercial construction firm.

Brad has over 35 years of experience in the Heavy/Civil and Renewable Energy markets with a concentration in civil and piling scopes of work. He has specialized in the renewable energy industry since 2002, with involvement in solar work since 2012. While working in solar he has performed as a Senior Estimator, Senior Project Manager/Estimator, Senior Estimating Manager, Director of Operations, Civil, and as a Preconstruction Executive on utility scale solar projects from 100 - 350 MW, and small community solar projects from 1.0 – 10 MW. Prior to solar work Brad was involved in EPC utility scale wind projects from 100 – 400 MW. Overall, Brad has been directly involved in over 12 GW of work as a Senior Estimator, Senior PM, or Director of Operations on over 100 projects.

Jack has been in the Renewable Energy Industry since 2016, working for large EPC firms having built and commissioned over 3 GW’s of Solar, ranging from 1MW fixed tilt systems to 300MW+  tracking projects, in 12 states. He directly manages and supports all electrical construction scopes including System Integrations, Testing, Commissioning, Energization, and Performance Testing of PV facilities. Additionally, Jack leads all High Voltage Contracting, Design, Construction, and Commissioning for all High Voltage scopes associated with the PV Facilities.
